Cindy McMillan, LCAC

Cindy McMillan graduated from the University of North Dakota with a bachelor's degree in social work and a minor criminal justice. Cindy is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor in the state of North Dakota. Cindy provides outpatient substance use disorder treatment primarily with adults at the Grand Forks County Jail. She also provides evaluations and individual treatment for individuals with substance use disorders.
